Frustrated Much?

So you sign on to MintVine and you find a survey in your inbox for the first time in a while!  You click on your mouse to open it up with a flick of excitement. The anticipation builds and builds as the page loads.  Finally, the page opens up and you begin to answer questions.   With each answer your anxiety grows and grows as you know you are that much closer to receiving the coveted 250 points.  And then, 15 minutes into a 20 minute survey you are told you have been Disqualified.

What. The. Bleep.

Just understand that we feel those same frustrations.

When you disqualify from a survey for some inane reason we must go back to our client and try to explain to them why.  It is a long, arduous process that just means more headaches for everyone around.

The point of this is to let you know we feel your pain, and that we are working day and night to make this a more enjoyable, headache-free process for everyone.  All of our profile surveys, as obscure as some of them may seem, are a good way to keep this from happening, as well as trying out our new feature, MintRoll.
